The acquired assets and the production work belong on different lists.
A Toronto-datelined March 10, 2026 release announced Gracious Living’s successful acquisition of American Plastic Toys assets: toy moulds, digital assets and brand trademarks. The list combines physical tooling with digital and brand assets. That gives an owner several distinct asset categories to check.
It said Amara Industries’ injection-moulding and assembly capabilities would support the product line. The announcement identifies assets and an intended manufacturing connection; it does not give an exact closing date or identify transfers of plants, employees or customer contracts.
Capability and responsibility
Amara’s separate, undated services page, reviewed September 13, 2026, describes work from design through production and delivery. Customers can select individual services, subject to terms. That flexibility makes the agreed scope worth checking: an advertised capability does not identify who has taken responsibility for the work.
Consider its listed material procurement, product testing and packaging/shipping services. Which of those tasks is included, who performs it, and which agreement or record confirms the assignment? The service list does not establish what was contracted or completed for American Plastic Toys.
